This is the first workshop as part of a four part Workshop Series focused on bettering your golf game
This workshop will focus primarily on posture, flexibility, and mobility. Posture and flexibility are crucial elements in establishing a consistent, repeatable and healthy golf swing, as well as living a healthy everyday life. During this workshop, Tim & Eric will discuss how to better your posture and flexibility through the use of various training exercises. This will in turn create improvement in your golf swing and golf game overall
